The atomic design methodology was applied, breaking down elements into small, reusable building blocks "molecules" that could be combined to form a flexible, user-friendly system.

The system’s guidelines emphasized accessibility, ensuring that all components adhered to best practices for inclusive design. From text legibility to color contrast and intuitive navigation, each “molecule” was crafted to work seamlessly across devices while meeting accessibility standards. These guidelines ensured that users with disabilities could interact with digital interfaces effortlessly, creating a cohesive, user-centered experience.

The final outcome was a fully developed set of accessible components created in Figma, tested for usability and consistency. A fictional landing page mockup was then built to demonstrate how the design system could be applied in a real-world context.
